I have been informed that I owe credit Intel via LoanSA I being told I had requested a service from them to assist me with credit assessment/Loan around 2017/01.

My concern regarding this credit intel and LoanSA is that I have never received any Loan or assistance as far as I know, if i might have been assisted it was gonna be more simpler for me to recall.

In 2018 I started getting communications from Credit Intel threatening about being listed at credit bureau and I took it upon me to call them and it's where I got to hear about Loan SA. I then informed the consultants at the time that I am unemployed, to my surprise their claimed fees are increasing every month.

Lasty is that receiving emails from this Credit Intel every month with increasing fees that are said I owe accompanied by messages of informing me about my credit rating I find it somehow as harassment and taking advantage that I am not working and can't act upon them.

I would like to be assisted in regards to Loan SA and Credit Intel issue, in 2020 when I called them about the matter their consultant told me if I don't settle the amount of R1740 it will keep on increasing every month.

Please can you assist as I do not know what to do. It could have been better if they had listed me as I am unemployed unlike being threatened about credit listing monthly.
