Twisted Whiskers & Credit Intel USELESS!!

I made an appointment at Twisted Whiskers and unfortunately had to cancel on short notice due to an unforeseen emergency. Despite not being told about the cancellation policy, I was still sent the bill via a debt collection company. To this day I have not received a call from Twisted Whiskers. I provide context and attach email communication to every 2 weeks when contacted by the useless organization called Credit Intel, requesting feedback. They are yet to respond to any of my requests. On both accords, Credit Intel and Twisted Whiskers are completely *********** when it comes to customer service. I am willing to address if SOMEONE will just respond to my query. USELESS!!!! And frustrating!!! Based on the reviews from other individuals, this seems to be a norm for both companies.
