Tired of threats

I have been receiving countless emails from this company, with threats saying I owe the about R2700, I do not remember taking any credit from the company or receiving any services from them, each time when I request proof I get no response from them. Below is the latest email from them: Amount Outstanding in ZAR R2752.94
