Small business owners BEWARE! Avoid dissapointment!

<p>We enlisted the services of Credit Intel Nov 2015 to recover 2 outsanding amounts for us, the amounts are too small to recover via an attorney and we cannot as a SME go through small claims court. To date we have been paying for services from Credit Intel that is not even worth the emails that they send ongoing to us as "reports";</p> <p> 1) They have increased our losses by adding no value with their lack of service</p> <p>2) They are unresponsive when you try and flag these issues to them and their SLA lacks any commitment from their side</p> <p>3) Every month they submit generic reports of how they tried to contact our debtors with nothing feasible achieved</p> <p>WE have escalated the matter to DTI and NCR and stil they are unresponsive but continue diligently to debit our account and diligently continue to send us generic email reports which by now we now cannot carry a drop of water.</p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid dissapointment DO NOT make use of these guys!</p>
