**** no trasparency

For a year I received messages saying that I owe Computech Money, it started off with an amount under one thousand, I ignored the message because every time I tried calling the number on the text it either just rang or I got cut off. eventually, I started receiving phone calls, I would ask for documentation as I don't know who Comu Tech is or what services they rendered. It took me speaking to 6 different agents to get documentation, I still wasn't happy but decided to make an arrangement to pay this amount. Before I started paying I asked for a statement when I go through the statement, they are literally charging me for me sending them an email, regardless of whether or not I received a reply. I've paid an amount or R500 but the amount id just not decreasing and when I call they take an eternity to anser but not only that i am then charged R11 for calling them.
