My outstanding bill from Impact Metering Services for R208,00 was handed over to CreditIntel after two months which raised ridiculous collection costs with regard to telephone calls that have not even been answered. Various other additional costs were raised and added and now my bill runs at an amount of approximately R600,00. What a ****!!! Please investigate.
