Ripping people off with unexplainable charges.
Credit Intel is ripping people off. I had an account with Impact Meter which I owed R270, they sent communication to a number that I’m no longer using, even though I have provided my current number as the alternative number. So they handed over to Credit Intel.
When I got an email from credit intel, they said I owe over R500 in less than a week, I called to query why it jumped like that. I spoke to 5 different unprofessional consultants who kept dripping the line until I requested to speak to the supervisor.
I’ve been communicating with Patince and I’ve been explaining to her that I don’t understand why they keep increasing the money every week when I have clearly stated I have not been using that number but they keep calling on it just to generate charges. Today I received an email saying I owe them R690, another increase that’s unexplained.
Credit Intel is ripping people off, simply cause they can.
