Receiving threats since August 2020

The company the say I owe never called me stating that I have outstanding amount for that matter I never knew that I am owing them. Credit Intel is sending threat messages without even calling me. I told my self that these messages from Credit Intel are from ******** because they don't make follow up. I won't pay something I don't know about it.
