Prefers to take customer than debtor to court

After handing over a debtor in Feb 2014, I gave CLEAR mandate that to collect the debt, they must immediately cancel the letting mandate in place with debtor and start collecting. On 24-04-2014, Jacques Knight shows me that their legal department have bungled this mandate. This bungle costs me financially through no fault of my own. Furthermore, I have no indication that debtor has been listed as defaulted.

In Feb 2015, I cancel agreement. Accounts department inform me that agreement has automatically renewed. I tell them in email I will pay via a payment plan. After my cancellation in Feb, I ran out of cash due to funerals and unplanned life events.
a) CreditIntel bungled the collection allowing debtor to escape with more money than I handed over incl notice.
b) After email from accounts I agreed that I will pay the R2900 via payment plan. Despite that, 1) Credit Intel wants to take me to court and 2) I have no fee reduction for the bungling by Credit Intel.
c) If Credit Intel can quickly take me to court for agreeing to pay annual fees, why can't you take to court my debtor for not paying the money I handed over? It has been over 1 year.
Can you please explain this?
