Poor service rrom Credit Intel who do not have a clue what they are doing.

Credit Intel have NOT stopped harrassing us for penalties on a rates account that is actually NOT in arrears with our Municipality. We are actually up to date. We have sent them proof of payment, we have sent them the email from our Municipality that states that we are NOT IN ARREARS. We are still receiving letters of demand, threats that we will be Credit Bureau listed and each time we receive a notification from them, our penalty amount increases.

Despite having phoned Credit Intel, despite having emailed Credit Intel, we still receive threatening letters giving us a certain period to pay our monies.

This is not only annoying BUT when you are NOT in arrears and notice that each week what they say you owe climbs in value, it becomes a problem that people need to know about.
