Please Help

My account was handed over to them. I called up setup a payment plan, but I receive numerous sms' and emails with different amounts owing! I am stressed out!! As I have contacted them regarding g this and received confirmation of the payment plan I setup, but now I'm being hounded for different amounts each week!
