I received notice from your company for monies owed to SPCA JHB which I have been paying since November 2017 for the amount of R200 per month as per payment arrangement as I am already on debt review.

In February 2018 I asked for the balance owing and was charged an additional R250 admin fee for a balance inquiry... that is feaken ridiculous !!!!

I just called you offices an asked what the balance owing was and asked is I would be charged for this inquiry. The lady said that I would be charged, and I hung up.

Firstly why am I being charged for a balance inquiry??? I am not disputing monies owed. I only received 3 recipients out of the 5 payments I have made, and your receipts never have a balance on them, so how in the hell must I know whats left to pay.

OR AM I FREAKEN SUPPOSED TO KEEP PAYING TILL YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE HAD YOUR MONIES WORTH!@!!!!!!
