Pathetic service

One of the most useless companies i have ever dealt with... They don't attend to any emails that have been to sent to them and when you call them they don't attend to the query. I have a ********** account that was on my name, they asked me to get an affidavit and I did exactly that, sent it to them but absolutely no response from them. The customer service from this place is so poor it is shocking
