Pathetic service

Your call centre agents are very rude! Firstly you sent me an email saying I must call you. I don't know why I must call you when you can call me. So I decided to oblige, got through to a guy who wouldn't even let me finish talking and then he hung up. I called again, got through to the same guy. He answered the phone but continued with his conversation with whoever he was talking to. Minutes later he comes back to the phone and says "how can I help", no hello or good morning. Just as I was about to answer, he hung up again. Very pathetic
