Paid up Letter

<p>So these people has been harassing me month in and month out via SMS and Email for money!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I paid them in full when I phoned in they were full of excuses to not provide me with a paid up letter, the money was paid from FNB to FNB so it will show immediately, but now they only do there banking once a day before 7am and so on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not trust this because now they can say I still owe them money if I have the paid up letter I can fight back but now they do not want to provide me with it.</p> <p>There must be something that can be done regarding this.</p>
