No statements... But wants payment...Seems **********...

Credit Intel are apparently collecting on behalf of Grootte Schuur Hospital. For a bill I never received. And a few months ago, when I asked Credit Intel for what the payment is for....they didn't know, and promised to get some kind of statement from GSH. But up until today...nothing, only SMSs of how much I owe, which are almost double by now.
