Most pathetic Debt Collectors

I have informed this company many times in writing that I don't owe Impact Meters anything and that they must proceed to issue summons.

Notwithstanding my written requests months ago to summons meand stop to harass me, they keep on spamming me weekly,

Anyone with same problem must please respond to my review in order to initiate a class complaint against them at the Debt Collectors Board. They should not be in this industry if they have no respect for the people.
