Messages sent to the wrong number

I took my dog to the SPCA in 2014/5 in booysen and paid half of the amount charged and promised to pay the remaining. Then I got sick and left my employment, and last year CreditIntel has been sending threatening messages to my previous number which I don't even use anymore and the person who uses it asked to contact them - they also never left their email or telephone number. SPCA will battle to get their money because of sending information to the wrong number.
