Lack of Communication and Threatening Emails

We had an account with a service provider that was cancelled in June 2016. We were then handed over to Credit Intel for an amount outstanding (R350). After agreeing to settle this numerous times, we still receive threatening emails from Credit Intel about placing a tracer alert on us and listing us negatively with the credit bureau. I have sent emails to every possible email address on the website and even an actual human who I spoke to since October 2016 and I still have no further insight into my query after the realms of correspondence submitted. All I keep getting is that my patience is appreciated and they await feedback from their client.

We have a successful small business and I do not appreciate our credit rating being negatively affected due to the incompetance of a so called professional financial company.

I find this phrase on your website somewhat amusing: "We have a relationship based policy which culminates an atmosphere of creative excitement. Our staff are carefully selected and thoroughly trained on an on-going basis. As such you will find that we possess a deep level of commitment to professionalism, dedication and sheer determination."

I have requested feedback within 24 hours - let's see if I get any.
