*********** employees

This company has a bunch of *********** people working there. I have been calling numerous times about the same issue/query. They claim I owe SANBS money which has been paid. Proof of payment was sent to the supervisor named Patience but she has not updated that instead they have sent me sms's with an increased amount that they claim I am owing. The account was paid and proof of payment was emailed but I am still being sent sms's of outstanding payment. I have requested to be called back several times since the supervisor seems to always be busy. This CreditIntel is either a ***** company or has very *********** employees. It has been over a month till this day the supervisor has not contacted me although I have called and requested several times to speak to her or to be called back by her.
