Extremely *********** and unhelpful company. They were meant to assist me with repaying a student loan through their client, NSFAS, and I had to follow up so many times to try get them to acknowledge that the loan was paid off in full.

I do not recommend using them at all - and especially don't bother emailing them because they read emails and only occasionally deign to reply.
