I started getting SMS messages from Credit Intel for an account that was handed over by NHLS, despite having paid the account that I received in November 2018 already. I phoned the number on the SMS and was given an email address to send my proof of payment to which I did on 27/05/2019. After having to follow-up with them again after getting no response, I received an email from Mpumi Moraole where she attached an email from NHLS where they confirmed that they have received my payment in November but that there was apparently another invoice which was never brought to my attention before. On receipt of that email with the invoice, I immediately did the payment of that amount too and emailed proof of payment to Mpumi. Next thing I received an invoice from Credit Intel billing me for the full amount of both invoices that was handed over to them, together with other admin charges and costs for all SMS's sent by them. Despite having paid both invoices and sending proof of payment, I kept getting threatening SMS's from Credit Intel informing me that the full amount of both invoices plus their admin charges were still outstanding and every time they charge me for the new SMS's being sent - despite the fact that they are the ones who are not doing their admin!!!! I sent a follow-up email to Mpumi to request that this matter must be sorted out and received a "read receipt" that she opened my email. Lo and behold, she did not even bother to respond and I had to send another follow-up email to which I also received a "read receipt" and again she did not even bother to respond despite the fact that I mentioned that if the matter is not resolved, I will lodge a complaint on Hello Peter and any other social media platform where possible. Today I received yet another SMS insisting on immediate payment and the amount payable just keeps getting more and more. I am at my wits end and will be forwarding my next complaint email to every possible contact address that I can find and hopefully someone will respond and get this matter resolved.
