Harrassment

For the past month or 2,ive been harrassed with numerous smses stating that Im overdue on a payment of R3446.82 for blood tests done at Tygerberg Hospital. Never in my life have I ever been to that hospital for anything other than visiting someone. I spoke with Melva Muthude from Credit Intel and she provided me with statement from the NHLS where It shows I owe money, however, the information on there isn't mine. I've attempted to contact them on numerous occasions to advise them that the information isn't mine but most times there's no answer or someone picks up but doesn't speak and there's just noise in the background. And when I do eventually get through they refuse to do investigations on this and they respond as if they just want the call to be done. I'm ready to have lawyers on this as I've asked them to contact me back with feedback but nothing . I REFUSE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE'S HOSPITAL BILL! THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED IMMEDIATELY..
