Harrasment

This company keeps harassing me. I am currently unemployed and cannot afford to pay university dept. They keep sending me threatening emails and smses. Can someone advise. I would love to go to court on this and have a judge look into their conduct.

For me they sound and act fishy. Now that I cannot work I don't mind them saying they will take me to court so I cam state my case.
