Harassment by Credit Intel

This company is harassing me since April this year about a hospital debt from 2016. I, apparently, visited the New Summerset hospital somewhere in the Western Cape while I was in Gauteng and never left the province. You would think calling them to resolve the issue would make a difference since they are after their R1243.96... But no! I have called to talk to a few consultants, even a supervisor to get the bill emailed to me or to at least SMS me the details and every time I hear we will send you the bill that you can clarify the issue. To date all I have received from them is more harassment SMSse, voice calls trying to guilt me into paying "my debt". I managed to get hold of the NH Laboratories services to find out I share the name and surname of the patience they treated, and apparently, that is enough for Credit Intel to make me the person who owes the hospital the debt. The fact that the patient has a different date of birth from me, that she is staying in the Western Cape and I am staying in Gauteng from long before 2019 does not matter at all. When you speak to the hospital they tell me I have to wait for Credit Intel to get the new file to get the correct information and Buzi working there informed me that she has no idea where Credit Intel got my details from. If I then speak to Credit Intel, I am informed that NH Laboratories has given my details to them and that it is the correct details and that I am the person who needs to pay my debt. I spoke yesterday to Elana at Credit Intel who told me she will follow up on the case and will let me know what the outcome is, just to get harassed by them again with a "Legitimate reason for not paying..." message this afternoon. How can businesses trust this company if they ignore small but important facts like birthdays and harass the wrong people? It does not matter how much they harass me, I WILL NOT PAY SOMEONE ELSE'S DEBT! So good luck in getting your money back when you are using this debt collector company.
