Harassment And Lack Of Cooperation From Credit Intel

I have been harassed by Credit Intel for almost a year now about an outstanding payment to the NHL. After months of requesting the original invoices and proof of this outstanding payment, and after many attempts to get the invoice sent to the correct email address, I discovered they have been harassing me about a payment made in May 2016 already.

So I submitted proof of this invoice more than a month ago to Samuel Maphutha, which was made so long ago that I had to get the bank to assist me to retrieve a bank statement that old. I have still had no response from Credit Intel nor Samuel Maphutha.

They have sent me 2 or 3 new notices in the meantime, and every time I call them with my reference number. After repeated attempts to talk to a supervisor, and various requests to get a callback to speak to someone about this, nothing has come from it. Still, this mess is unresolved, with me having to chase them for getting closer to any resolution.

I am at the point of taking this up with authorities since this is becoming harassment and various attempts to get this cleared have been unsuccessful.
