haning me over

Hi my name is mrs grobler for the past 18 mnths I have been phoning and e mailing shouting screaming and fighting for this stupid bunch of people from dr fanie nel hande me over to credit intel for a mistake they made on my medical aid. the amount was approved by my medical aid so I assumed all is well the accountant at the orthodontist made mistake by sending the claim through incorrectly. so my medical never paid for it. the stupid accountant never once send me a statement informing me my medical aid did not pay. so 12 mnths later I am being handed over to credit intel.. never the less the claim is stale and I was informed by the dentist I still owe an amount of R873.80 witch I paid. but still I am being held accountable for admin fees.!!!! client tell service sucks they are a bunch of useless employees who do not respond to any phone call any messages or any e mail I have spoken to lorain and Sophia and melza and mdayeki no help no response just sms's saying they are handing me over to the credit burau what is wrong with these people. dr fanie nel and his accountand is useless so is client intell U SUCK !!!
