Credit Intel's incompetence

I would like to say that Elana Solomons is *********** i have provided proof of my registration as a student to her, Mpumi, and Mary Tlala. I even called on multiple occasions asking them if they recieved my proof of registration whereby they confirmed. And 2 weeks later I get another sms notification... Please contact creditintel... And then the amount due. And as the months pass by the amount has increased. And the funny thing is they never acknowledged my proof of registration along with my affidavit. But their calls are recorded for quality control purposes, however no one in the company of *********** people. Or who is in charged ever dealt with the matter. We hereby acknowledge your email. None. So I would like to tell the *********** idiots at Credit Intel. Are you doing a job? Or are you a puppet in a ****ty circus. You must really hate your life. Because you only responded in November. You guys are just plain stupid.
