Credit Intel unable to recover bad debt for almost 4 yrs now

I have handed 2 accounts over to Credit Intel for debt collection end of 2016. The 28th of November 2020 will be their 4 yrs anniversary of which not a single cent has been recovered. As a bonus the one account has magically disappeared of which the company had not informed me about.
