Credit Intel ****!!

Hello Peter, there's a company called Credit Intel claiming that I owe them R2088.17 and they amount keeps accumulating interest... I called them to enquire regarding this account as to when was it opened, where and when... Instead of being assisted with this information, the *********** consultants keep saying they will send me an email with all details... Surprisingly they have my email address, and the first consultant I spoke to by the name of Sphamandla confirmed it and said he was sending me a mandate detailing this information which I still haven't received, but when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor's line remains a dead end with no one answering... I called in again and spoke to Melva, also asked her the same questions since I have never taken a loan with an Umhlanga based company as my first and only loan I have taken was with wonga.com which I have fully settled... I am based in Cape Town and they keep telling me about a loan finder in Umhlanga and an application done online, but refuse to inform me the details used to apply for that loan... Under no circumstance will I pay an account I know nothing of and allow my rights to be infringed by some unknown **** and *********!!
