Credit Intel not competent to get their admin straightened

I've never been so insulted in my life. Even with email proof that all payments were made in full, Credit Intel had the audacity to send me a threatening email, informing me that they aren't getting any sign of co-operation from my side and insisting on an immediate payment for the amount of R1294.14. This is totally absurd.
