Credit Intel is just a collection of useless automated systems.

I handed a debt collection over to Credit Intel more than a year ago and have been trying all this time to get clear answers out of them as to the status of the collection and what they are doing about it. It is impossible to speak to a competent human being at Credit Intel. The only form of contact or information appears to be with bots and given how long I have gotten no helpful feedback from credit intel despite my constant attempts to follow up, I can only assume the collection process is equally bot driven and therefore useless. Every month they want me to hand over new debtors despite putting in zero effort to collect on a very high value debtor I already handed over. NEVER USE CREDIT INTEL!
