Credit intel is annoying to the core.....

Credit intel has a bunch of *********** individuals. For the past two years i have been telling them the same thing that the account that was handed over to them by Umngeni Municipality was due to another incompetence within the municipality which has been subsequently been closed after a long fight with the municipality. Yet they still call and sent threatening emails demanding that payment for services already paid for. Like who in their right mind would buy prepaid electricity and again pay for electricity billed on the electricity meter that has been removed on the property by the very same municipality? I cannot even begin to express the level of disgust they cause. Please sort out your issues with your client (uMngeni Municipaliy) and let me live in peace.
