Credit intel is a ****

My debt was handed over to Credit intel by Impact meter...Impact meter keeps on sending me emails that i owe them while i am paying Credit Intel. I asked Credit Intel to send me an updated statement which they did and i paid the balance on the statement, They come back and tell me the account is short paid. I am so ****ed an frustrated. They are ****s and taking people for a ride.
