CREDIT INTEL HANDS OVER THEIR OWN CLIENT BUT NEVER COLLECTED ON BEHALF OF ITS CLIENT

I signed up with Credit Intel since 2012. In 2015 I was not satisfied with the response rate from Credit Intel as most of the clients owing me was not collected from or handed over. In June 2015 I made credit Intel aware of my dissatisfaction and informed them that I would not be needing their services going forward. Today being August 2020 I found out that my company has a judgement on its name . Only to my surprise , I find out that its Credit Intel that I am owing for a Subscription Fee and was handed over in April 2016. So , no client of mine was handed over from 2012 to 2015 yet I , being their own client was handed over in a period of June 2015 to April 2016. I did not receive any summons or legal. So disappointed at their service and lack of communication. Even if I wanted to sign up again with, I can no longer due to this embarrassment
