Credit Intel do not assist in resolving a query

Credit Intel does not reply to e mails and when you phone to speak to an agent they cannot help you solve your query. Debt was paid but credit Intel still charging admin fee / collection charges. Credit Intel is very unprofessional they use threatening wording in their e mails.
