CREDIT INTEL CHOSES TO IGNORE RESPONSES

Credit Intel have been appointed by City of Joburg to collect an amount that was billed incorrectly by COJ after I had sold a property way back in 2011 for which i had obtained a Clearance certificate. Despite explaining the billing error to them both telephonically and responding to their e-mails on at least 4 occasions, I still get rude mails from them stating that I am chosing to ignore them. If they only read their incoming e-mails they would know I am was not ignoring them. I will from now on though - and I have told them so. They are worse than useless. I invite COJ to issue summons so that I can get rid of the issue once and for all. COJ you are wasting your money contracting with Credit Intel. Oh and by the way in case Credit Intel read this review (hahahah) I have now blocked Credit Intel as a sender so good luck to them.
