Credit Intel

This company has been sending emails and SMS's for months now that I need to pay an outstanding amount to Impact Meter Services.

The amount that they want keeps changing. They send an sms and say I owe R571 and then a few minutes later they send an email saying I owe R511 and this amount keeps changing every time they send an sms or email.

I checked my Statement with Impact Meters and I dont owe them anything. I keep replying to the emails Credit Intel send and explaining that I dont owe money but they keep ignoring them.

They are now threatening me that this will affect my credit score and they demand final payment as I have made no efforts to communicate with them. Ironically it is them that keep ignoring the emails I send. I dont believe they have any grounds that can affect my credit score as my account is settled with Impact meters.

This very much looks a **** and I am looking for other ways to escalate this situation.
