CREDIT INTEL AND NSFAS ARE *****!!!

In 2013 I called NSFAS and asked for a settlement letter, I received it and paid full payment and faxed them everything as required. Since then I started receiving smses from NSFAS and I would call them and they advised the I had already paid and they told me they would clear my account.

For the past 2 to 3 years I have been receiving smses from "NSFAS" to contact Credit intel cause I owe R500.09. Every single time I call them and enquire about this, they request I send the documents which I always do but they seemingly never receive them. I spoke to Selina who never responded to my email. Today I got the sms again and Spoke to Sphamandla who transferred me to Selina but the call got cut. I called again the lady I spoke to was rude and did not help much.

Credit Intel or NSFAS fix this cause I have proof and I am sick and tired of this now!
