Credit Intel and Body20 total lack of customer service

My accounts was Handed over from Body20 in Somerset west without the company even trying to contact me. But this is not about Body20 they will get their review.

I have had multiple conversations with the people at Credit Intel about the account that was handed over to them without the company ever contacting me that has handed me over. They amount owed seems to just increase from what i actually owe Body20. I am trying to get them to speak to their client Body20 to let them know i will pay the amount that i owe but i wont pay the amount they want because they could not cancel the contract i had with them when i have sent them the email to cancel my contact. I have the email and i have sent this to Credit Intel numerus times explaining what the issue is. They promise me they will contact Body20 and then i hear nothing until the next SMS or email gets sent and then i try to speak to them again. I have all this on email correspondence and they would have the conversations recorded on their side as well. I want this sorted out as this is becoming a problem for me and i am just being ignored.
