Credit intel

I have been receiving messages and emails from credit intel demanding me to pay for a service I didnt even get from SA Loans , They say I went to Loan SA's website 2017 and I now owe them for using their website, I than decided to call the contact centre using the number they included on the Sms's they keep on sending me but The number keeps on ringing with no answer. This credit Intel company is threatening me and the amount They claim I owe keeps on increasing, when they first sent me a sms which was last year 2019 they said I owe them R1200 and now they sent me a sms this month saying I now owe the company R2100 and a couple of Rands and it will still increase . Can hello petter kindly assist me because they people are harrassing me with all this messages and threatening to affect my credit negatively. I am not going to pay for services I didn't receive
