I have been receiving numerous sms's and e-mails with money that I have to pay for a service that was not requested by me for loan assistance in 2017. They took money from my bank account in 2017 which I reversed and informed them via e-mail that this was unauthorized and that they should stop or cancel whatever service the are charging me for as it was requested by me. I have sending them the proof of my e-mails and they just do not fix the error. This has been going on since two years ago and they still do not care to rectify the matter even though I have the e-mails as proof and have been forwarding it onto them with each e-mail that they have sent.
