Being harrassed for an account that isn't even mine!!!!!

I am sick and tired about being contacted about an outstanding Ackermans account I don't even have. The account they are harassing me for isn't even mine. I have called them and asked me to remove my details. I am still being harassed about the outstanding amount. I have spoken to their call centre I don't know how many times and yet I am continually harassed.
