ACCOUNT NUMBER MAN003 Frustrated!!!!!!

<p>I handed over 4 debtors for them to collect WITH acknowledgements of debts. Every month I would ONLY get a standard e mail from them asking if I'd received any payments??? Before the 1 year contract expired I asked for a progress report on my 4 debtors (which I had NEVER received) as I wanted to make a decision if I should continue with their service. Only after asking for a progress report I received one and it only had 2 debtors on!! When I asked why they advised that two had prescribed! It took them a year to tell me that and lastly the 2 that remained they were going to issue summons......a year later when they had acknowledgments of debts it should NOT have taken a year!!! So I was EXTREMELY disappointed with their LACK OF COMMUNICATION, that I made a decision to cancel the service with immediate effect!! I attempted to get info regarding the debtors BEFORE the contract expired!! I DON'T want their service, they're UNPROFESSIONAL and now I am being threatened if I don't pay them for another year???? They don"t know what is going on as I still receive their standard e mail asking if I have received any payments from my debtors ???</p> <p> </p>
