Payment of Capitec Loan

Some time ago, I posted a message on this platform regarding Credit Clear Solution. I am reaching out again to ask for your assistance.

Capitec Bank has assigned Vertex to collect my outstanding debt. After speaking with Vertex, I was offered a discounted settlement amount. I then contacted Credit Clear Solution and asked them to use the money I had already paid to them to settle the debt with Vertex, as the funds I had paid were sufficient to cover the settlement amount.

Unfortunately, instead of paying the full settlement amount, Credit Clear Solution has been making small payments in installments. They initially paid R5,000.00 and later R6,000.00. I have had to call them repeatedly just to get these payments processed. This has caused me a great deal of stress because I am worried about losing the settlement opportunity that Vertex offered me.

The outstanding amount that Credit Clear Solution still needs to pay is R13,236.03.

I am kindly requesting your assistance in helping me get Credit Clear Solution to settle this debt as soon as possible.

I am also extremely frustrated because I fear I will struggle to recover the money that is due back to me after the settlement is completed. I initially paid Credit Clear Solution R6,600.00 for a Red Flag Certificate and I also paid monthly instalments of R2,582.43 over a period of nine months, bringing the total amount I have paid them to R29,841.87.

Once they settle the outstanding amount with Vertex, I calculate that they will owe me a refund of R5,605.84. Based on my experience so far, I am concerned that they will make it very difficult for me to recover this money.

This entire situation has placed me under unnecessary stress. Had Credit Clear Solution paid the monthly installments to the debt with Capitec promptly, I would not have been exposed to additional interest becouse I failed to understand why they were not paying but they were collecting money from me every month and the risk of losing the discounted settlement offer.

I would sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.
