Poor Service Ever - No value for money

Firstly I'm very much disappointed and disgusted by the poor service this company provides and the arrogance of the owner that you see in the cover. The process is that, You are asked to write a review before they provide a full service and they login to you linkedin account using your details and rate themselves, hence i was ******* the first time and now I'm back to exposing the ****. I paid R850 for a CV package and I discovered much later that there were too many errors on my cv, they don't put effort to wording, even they promote themselves with your linked in instead of just putting your name to recruiters. I asked them to fix their errors and he told me to pay another R150 which is now R250 to fix their own errors, mind you, i paid R850.

On the 11 march 2022, i asked the owner to rework my wife's cv and to edit mine as it was full of errors, he said it will be ready in 10 working days, on the 10th day he still hasn't edited my cv or reverted my wife's cv, he ignores my calls and my massages when i ask him about an update. He returned my edited cv with more Errors and spelling mistakes, here they don't check or read their work.. they just hit you with a cv full of poor errors. On the 12th day, the owner who is the face of the business is still not updating me, that time my wife wants to apply desperately for a job. He has the nerve to tell me that his system is not working only when i made numerous follow ups. He is so Arrogant that, when clients confronts him about a poor service which he needs to fix, instead of humbling himself to fix his mess, he threatens to refund us.. meaning we lose 2 weeks of opportunities for Nothing.. when you accept the refund, he tells you the refund will happen in 7 days and wants to deduct my edited cv for R250 from my refund. This guy takes clients for idiots.. He is arrogant and refuses to take accountability for his poor services. I am very Angry, i regret paying and i edge people to go elsewhere.. There is no value for money.. All the good ratings are a result of clients being lured to rate before they get a service. That is how he does business. Take your money elsewhere people, here you are in a wrong place.
