Extremely poor customer care and service from Creative CV

If there was a zero rating I would select it. I recieved extremely poor service and customer care from Creative CV. I purchased the executive CV package which includes CV design and revamp, cover letter writting, linkedin optimisation, 1hr interview prep and free job search from hiring managers.

Firstly, the package offered a turnaround period of 7 working days. I only recieved feedback after 12 working days and if I had not enquired on the progress a few times, I would probably still be waiting.

Secondly, The guy, Sam, that was assisting me was very rude in all our encounters after I had paid for the package. He was acting as though he was doing me a favour for providing a service to me and that I should be grateful that he was attending to my case.

Eventually after I recieved the incomplete CV, I decided to not continue with them and requested for a refund for the remaining 4 out of 5 products they still had to do for me. They refused to give me a partial refund and they have been ignoring me since.
