Disappointed Customer

I want absolutely nothing further to do with this company, the appalling service I’ve received. The level of disrespect, poor communication, and unprofessionalism I've experienced is shocking. It feels as though they are running a family business where rudeness is not only tolerated but encouraged. Having the same individuals managing all communication platforms raises serious concerns about accountability and service quality. Emma, in particular, has been consistently rude, impatient, and completely lacking in empathy. What’s even more disturbing is that she seems supported in her behavior, as if being disrespectful is part of the company culture while their CEO of the company looks classy on social media but the team behind him is so disappointing.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope other potential customers are warned in advance they are very shady.
