service suspended even after i have paid

Never ever have your web hosting and domains registered with Crazyhostingsa. A cape town based company that comes across very professional at first sight but actually is far from it!

I have been having numerous months of issues with this guy. I am billed for hosting on 10th of every month. You have until 17th of single month each month to make payment and to send proof of payment to provided address...

Now here's the issue. Every single month without fail i have made payment, sent through proof of payment and had my service suspended. So to me all this means it that this guy actually just never checks his emails or does a recon of sorts. This often happens at night (after hours), to which i have to wait until the next morning to have my service re-activated!

so whats the point of sending proof of payment when my service gets suspended anyways. i run a business and cannot access any emails or website when he does this.

I't seems like this Morne' Beck guy is the only person who runs this business. so initially just having patiences with the fact that he may have a lot to do, il wait, hence me sticking this out for so long.

However this weekend lasted longer than just one night. i made payment, sent through proof of payment aabout 6 times, only for it to STILL be suspended. This time however, it was 2 days. Typically suspended over the weekend, i then waited until this morning. it was switched on without having to apologize.

The same day, it gets suspended again!!! And this, again after hours where i am actually working on my website trying to catch up on work i had planned for the weekend. so now..... i have to wait another night to be able to work on my website.

I would obviously understand a suspended service due to non payment but to suspend my service after i have paid!!

Lets not start on the 24 hour admin support! non existent.

As much as you try and help the smaller businesses, dont ever use this guy!

CRAZY HOSTING SA is just that.... CRAZY!
