Worth the Wait – Excellent Quality & Professional Delivery

We ordered 12 Cleo dining chairs from Craft City Furniture on the 13th of January, and they were delivered yesterday afternoon. I must be honest — during the waiting period I was a bit worried about the quality, especially the linen fabric.

However, once the chairs arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The Cleo chairs are beautiful, well made, and the linen quality is very good. Seeing them in person completely changed my expectations in the best way possible.

The delivery team was professional and respectful. They didn’t just drop off the chairs — they assembled everything and neatly set them up around my dining table. A special thank you to Jacob, who was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the delivery.
